  • Product Description Monitor E-304 is as stainless steel electrodes depositing 18Cr-8Ni type weld metal. Ideally suited for welding stainless steel conforming to AISI 301,302,304,308 grades and steels of similar compostion. The weld metal has excellent resistance to cracking, corrosion and scaling at elevated temperature up to 800°C.
  • Principal Application Ideally suitable for welding stainless steel storage tanks, pipes, structures, furniture material of similar composition stainless steel mixers etc.

  • Product Description Monitor E-308 L is an extra low carbon 19/10 stainless steel electrode with properties like resistance to oxidation, resistance to cracking at high temperature. The extra low carbon decreases the possibility intragranular corrosion. The electrode gives smooth arc, fine bead appearance and shiny finish.
  • Principal Application It is ideally suitable for welding AISI 301L, 302L, 314L and 308 L steels having 18Cr/8 Ni with low carbon content. Welding utensils, dairy machinery, equipments used in petrochemical, chemical and fertilizer industries.

  • Product Description Monitor E-309 L is an extra low carbon all position stainless steel electrodes with 24/12 deposit with excellent resistant to chemical corrosion, corrosion at elevated temperature and oxidation. Electrodes give stable arc, low spatter, smooth weld profile, easily removal of slag along with radiographic weld deposits.
  • Principal Application It is ideally suitable for welding 24/12 stainless steel grades of AISI 309 L steels, Welding Stainless Steel to carbon steel & low alloy steel, for over laying on mild steels for increment of wear resistance properties, clad side of 18/8 clade steels, casting and on similar products.

  • Product Description Monitor E-316 L is an extra low carbon, utile coated18/12/2.3 Mo stainless steel electrodes with excellent resistant to corrosion, heat and cracking. The weld metal has the properties of creep resistant and is of radiographic quality with stable and smooth arc, easy slag detachability and almost spatter free welding.
  • Principal Application It suitable to weld AISI 316 and 316 L steel where ferrite content in weld deposits is restricted to less than 2% and for corrosion resistance applications such as chemical Industries, Dyes and Paint Industries, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Fertilizers industries etc.
